Analyze and improve your golf swing,
from a DPT's perspective

Everyone has their own style of golf swing, but the best golfers all have several things in common with their swing. Looking at your individual anatomy and movement patterns can help you perform and feel better when playing the world's greatest game.

A golf swing assessment at Rogers Physical Therapy and Sports Performance includes two phases, with each visit being 1-on-1, and a full hour in length. During the first visit, we'll go through a physical screening, looking for mobility and strength deficits. We'll also take some slow-motion videos from different perspectives. We'll identify and start to address the anatomical and motor issues holding up your golf game. During the second visit, we'll go through your results in more detail and start a personalized home program to address your specific limitations. The overall goal here is to eliminate pain so you can enjoy the game as much as possible!
