what is bfr?

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), also known as vascular occlusion training, is a fitness technique that involves the use of specialized bands or cuffs to partially restrict blood flow to specific muscles during resistance exercises. This innovative approach to strength training has shown results in improving muscle size, strength, and endurance, making it a valuable tool for athletes, rehabilitation programs, and even everyday fitness enthusiasts.
